Caring Hands & Co is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. We have zero tolerance for child abuse.

We are dedicated to providing a child-safe environment where children and young people with a disability are safe, feel safe, and are supported to have their voices heard in decisions that affect their lives. We pay particular attention to the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Every person working within Caring Hands & Co has a responsibility to understand the important role they play—both individually and collectively—in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children and young people is central to all decisions and actions.
